How Far Along: 34 Weeks and 3 days! According to my OB on Friday..."Only 6 more weeks to go or maybe 7 depending on Eleanor". Are we seriously already having a discussion about how she may be late. UGH!
Size: Cantelope. 17.75 inches long and around 5 pounds!
Baby Development: Gaining weight and filing out due to increased fat layers.
Maternity Clothes: Nothing new. I have taken full advantage of warmer weather and have been wearing dresses and cardigans. I am very much over pants in general.
Weight Gain: 24 lbs.
Stretch Marks: Still good!
Gender: Sweet baby girl!
Sleep: Getting more and more tired through out the day and sleeping like a rock at night. Still only getting up once for potty breaks.
Movement: Movements have slowed down. She no longer is able to "swim" around in there. Mostly she is just pushing out and making my belly lopsided. She has hiccups regularly and I love feeling them!
Food Cravings: golden oreos, fruit, and apparently pizza since I had it twice over the weekend :)
Anything Making You Sick: the sushi rolls I ate last week did not sit well and I can finally say that I have thrown up during this pregnancy. I know, I know. I'm lucky. Getting sick with a big ole belly in the way is quite the predicament.
Labor Signs: more and more braxton hicks contractions. Also, some mild cramping here and there. Although I am not getting my hopes up, I am interested to see where I stand when I go back next week.
Belly Button IN or OUT: Very much an outie and people love to point it out.
Wedding Rings ON or OFF: booooooo.....they are off :(
My mom is coming next week and I am going to borrow one of her bands for the next few weeks so I don't feel totally naked!
What I Miss: my pre-pregnant body. wine with dinner.
Symptoms: my ribs have been hurting. I am assuming they are expanding because its an achey pain and not from her jabbing them. Also, just plain uncomfortableness of having a large protruding belly.
And yes, heartburn is still around and yes, I am dancing with fire by eating pizza but I was really craving the Cajun Pepperoni Pizza from a local sports bar. I took a Pepcid about 45 min before eating and it worked great! I had a touch of heartburn about 4 hours later but nothing a Tums couldn't handle.
Happy or Moody: happy and excited, but also anxious. I am totally soaking up all the time that David and I have together before she gets here.
Nursery: I ordered some new curtains because I felt that the ones we had were too shear and we needed a little more coverage from the morning sun that will be shinning in on her crib. Love the new ones but they are about 1/2 a foot too short. So now my plan is to add some pale pink fabric along the bottom of the panels since I don't want to make more holes in the wall by moving the curtain rod.
The old (but still new) shear swiss dot panels have found a new home as her shower curtain! LOVE!
Best Moment of the Week: Two of Eleanor's future friends were born this week and we are so excited!
We can't wait for Eleanor to meet Eloise and Olivia!

i've been craving pizza too!
